 Anna Xiao is the owner of Family Nest ABA Therapy. She has a master's degree in Education, is a certified special education teacher, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a degree from The Chicago University of Professional Psychology.  She has dedicated her life to working with individuals with disabilities in the school setti

 

 Anna Xiao is the owner of Family Nest ABA Therapy. She has a master's degree in Education, is a certified special education teacher, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a degree from The Chicago University of Professional Psychology.  She has dedicated her life to working with individuals with disabilities in the school setting as well as in clinical settings. 

Her passion for working with families has been shaped by her own experience as a sister of a sibling with a disability.  She firmly believes that with love and good support, along with the science of behavior all families can soar. 

She lives in Rockford, MI with her husband, two children, and foster son.

She holds a master’s degree in Education, is a certified Special Education Teacher, and earned her BCBA certification through Penn State University.

She holds a master’s degree in Education, is a certified Special Education Teacher, and earned her BCBA certification through Penn State University.

Kristen has devoted her career to working in school settings, serving as an ASD Teacher Consultant and supporting young adults in community transition programs. She is passionate about helping individuals build independence and meaningful life skills through evidence-based behavioral support.

With a deep understanding of both classroom and community-based services, Kristen brings a collaborative, client-centered approach to her work with children, families, and educators.

Megan Johnson is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a strong background in applied behavior analysis and mental health services. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis and has been certified as a BCBA since 2021.

Megan has worked with individuals across the lifespan in a variety of 


 

Megan Johnson is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a strong background in applied behavior analysis and mental health services. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis and has been certified as a BCBA since 2021.

Megan has worked with individuals across the lifespan in a variety of settings, providing behavior assessments, developing intervention plans, and training staff and caregivers. Her experience spans both clinical and community-based environments, with a focus on supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

She is fluent in Spanish, has completed supervision training for future behavior analysts, and brings a compassionate, practical approach to her work. Outside of the field, she is also a certified ballroom dance instructor.

Evan has served as a lead BCBA and supervising clinician, working closely with individuals, families, and teams to deliver personalized, evidence-based care. He is especially passionate about supporting early intervention clients as well as teens, helping them develop the skills they need to thrive in everyday life.

With a calm and collaborative approach, Evan focuses on building meaningful connections and empowering families through practical, goal-driven strategies.

Jackie Billingsley is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a deep-rooted passion for supporting children, families, and educators. She earned her BCBA certification in 2020 through Grand Valley State University and holds a master's degree in Education with a focus on Early Childhood. Her undergraduate background is in K–12 Educa


Jackie Billingsley is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a deep-rooted passion for supporting children, families, and educators. She earned her BCBA certification in 2020 through Grand Valley State University and holds a master's degree in Education with a focus on Early Childhood. Her undergraduate background is in K–12 Education, specializing in Emotional Impairment, Family and Consumer Sciences, and Elementary Education.

Before becoming a BCBA, Jackie spent years in the classroom as a Special Education Teacher, working with students across all grade levels. She later served as an Early Childhood Specialist, coaching GSRP teaching teams in Kent and Montcalm Counties. Her work emphasized behavioral and special education support, helping early childhood educators create inclusive and effective learning environments.

As a BCBA, Jackie thrives on the opportunity to provide personalized behavioral support. She finds great fulfillment in helping individuals achieve meaningful goals and is especially passionate about empowering families to manage and understand challenging behaviors. She values working with diverse individuals, which continuously expands her perspective and enriches her approach to ABA therapy.

Jennica is a dedicated occupational therapist with over 11 years of experience supporting children, young adults, and their families. She is passionate about creating comprehensive, individualized therapy plans that help her clients thrive at home, in school, and within their communities.

Jennica is a dedicated occupational therapist with over 11 years of experience supporting children, young adults, and their families. She is passionate about creating comprehensive, individualized therapy plans that help her clients thrive at home, in school, and within their communities.

Jennica earned her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Western Michigan University. Throughout her career in the school setting, she has specialized in working with individuals of varying ages and abilities, addressing areas such as motor development, sensory processing, self-regulation, and adaptive skills.

Her goal is to foster independence in everyday activities by empowering both her clients and their families with practical tools and strategies. Jennica brings warmth, expertise, and a collaborative spirit to every session.

Katie is passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential by developing meaningful and functional ways to communicate. She uses evidence-based strategies that support growth across a variety of settings, always tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys exploring new places with her husband and their two children, always on the lookout for their next family adventure. 


Behavior Technicans provide in-home therapy under the supervision of a Board Certfied Behavior Analyst.
